I wanted to take a quick minute and let everyone know that we officially have 28 Kearny Ave under contract. The contract was completed and through attorney review before we finished the renovations. This is one the best feelings you can have as a real estate investor! We have been able to provide a family with a beautifully renovated home for a reasonable price in a great neighborhood! Plus, we are on track to make a decent profit! This is a WinX3 Situation! The Bank has won, because they have gotten a non-performing asset off their balance sheet. The end buyers have won because they got a beautifully renovated home at a discounted price. We won because we made the other two happen and because we made a nice profit in between!
