Arcane Tackles its Second Renovation!

Hey everyone. So we have closed on our second rehab project. This house is nestled in an amazing family oriented neighborhood within Lockport, NY. These homes are generally sold to first time home buyers and Arcane is very excited at being able to eventually provide such an amazingly renovated home to a first time home buyer that they will remember for their entire lives!

Unlike our first renovation in New Jersey this house needs extensive work. It was the victim of devastating basement fire that rendered the house unlivable. With the help of Arcane Properties, its investors, $65,000 of repairs, and our vision for the future, 7033 Northview Drive will be a shining example of the Northview Gardens neighborhood in Lockport, NY.

Arcane Properties next endeavor will be to flip a single family home in New Jersey (NYC Metro Area). So far several offers have been made on potential properties however a final property that meets our strict set of “must haves” has not been found.
