Hello everyone!

I wanted to take a quick minute and let everyone know that we officially have 28 Kearny Ave under contract.  The contract was completed and through attorney review before we finished the renovations.  This is one the best feelings you can have as a real estate investor!  We have been able to provide a family with a beautifully renovated home for a reasonable price in a great neighborhood!  Plus, we are on track to make a decent profit!  This is a WinX3 Situation!  The Bank has won, because they have gotten a non-performing asset off their balance sheet.  The end buyers have won because they got a beautifully renovated home at a discounted price.  We won because we made the other two happen and because we made a nice profit in between!

We are looking to do another rehab soon and are currently in the process of negotiating for several properties.  Remember if you are interested in investing, buying a home or selling a home contact us!

After an unbelievable amount of delays from Wells Fargo, Arcane Properties closed on the property in Kearny NJ!  The renovations officially begin on Monday November 2nd at 8am.  Please see the “NJ Flip” section above for more information, pictures, and progress reports!

We have located a single family property in Kearny in need of rehab.  The property is under contract and we are awaiting contractor review to ensure our estimates to rennovate were correct.  There is still time to invest as we anticipate a 70%-80% return on cash for this investment.  The web page tracking our project will be up and running once we close, which is anticipated to be in Late August or early September.
